The fact that half of these girls are considered plus size is the reason so many bigger girls have trouble identifying with “plus size models” so often.

I get it, they’re not 2’s and 4’s, but when the national average is 12 to 16, and 8’s and 10’s are the plus sizes in the media, well… You’ll have to excuse me for being a bit bitter.

I AM happy for these girls and their careers and am sure they had to work their asses off to fight the norm as is, but that’s just how I feel.
